yah.. sometimes they do that...
there are different types of people catching fish..
one climbs down the steps with a net attached to a bamboo pole,
scoops fish and puts them in a pail with water and a battery
operated pump..
some have rods and reels..
but the one which takes the cake is the maniac with a bloody
casting net
